BUS ESCORT VACANCY
Applications are invited for the position of Bus Escort to accompany students on their journey by bus to and from Ballinrobe Community School. This is a part-time time term time position for approximately 13 hours per week. This position is available immediately.
The approximate daily hours of work will be as follows for the duration of the school calendar year:
Monday to Thursday: 7.50am – 9.00am and 4.00pm – 5.30pm
Friday: 7.50am – 9.00am and 1.25pm – 3.00pm
The hourly rate of pay will be €15.66 –The escort must have their own transport to and from the drop-off point (school car park).
Garda vetting will apply to the position.
The Bus Escort must have a caring disposition. Experience in working with children with intellectual disabilities and ASD is desirable.
